We are rooted in the messy, meaningful, and magical parts of being human. As a healing and wellness collective, we serve people navigating intimacy, trauma, grief, sexual exploration, spiritual emergence, and identity reclamation.
This isn’t a placement where you quietly shadow or tick boxes—we’re here to nurture clinicians-in-the-making who think critically, feel deeply, and aren’t afraid to challenge what healing “should” look like.
We welcome students from all levels who are ready to build the skills—and the courage—to hold space for what others often avoid.
What You Can Expect
Interns receive thoughtful client matching based on scope and style, access to a rich library of free internal trainings (covering sex therapy, grief, spirituality, psychedelics, kink, and trauma), personalized onboarding, and integration into a collaborative, growth-focused team.
We’re looking for students who are holistic and embodied, open to both science and soul, drawn to taboo topics and willing to grow through feedback, relationship, and brave learning—not performance.
And because we believe good clinicians never stop learning, we ask that each intern invest in one professional development course relevant to their area of interest or scope of practice (e.g., trauma, sex therapy, psychedelics, somatic work, etc.). You’ll choose a course that aligns with your goals, and we’ll offer guidance if you’re unsure where to start.
This isn’t a hoop to jump through—it’s part of stepping into your identity as a clinician. We’re here to walk that path with you.

We welcome student interns at all levels of training, including undergraduate, master’s, or post-graduate learners in psychotherapy, social work, counselling, or related fields. If your school supports placements in private practice settings, we’re happy to coordinate with them.

Supervision is externally sourced.
We don’t provide clinical supervision through the clinic, but we have a trusted network of supervisors we can connect you with. You’re also welcome to bring your own supervisor, as long as they align with our values and your school’s requirements.Supervision fees are paid by you directly to your supervisor. We’re here to help coordinate, not interfere.

You’ll be matched with clients based on your interests, scope of practice, and capacity. Most of our clients are 16+ and seek support around:
Sex, intimacy, and erotic healing
Identity, spirituality, and life transitions
Grief, trauma, and ancestral wounds
Nervous system work and somatic therapy
Psychedelic integration
We do not offer therapy related to MVA claims, EMDR, forensic assessments, child-specific therapy, or hypnotherapy.

You’ll have access to:
Free internal trainings on sex therapy, grief, somatics, psychedelics, kink, and more
Weekly team meetings or integration circles (depending on the season)
Guidance with onboarding into practice systems, note-taking, and clinical flow
A sense of community—we actually like each other here

Yes. If it’s the right fit, there may be opportunities to expand into a paid role after your placement. We’re not interested in one-offs—we want to grow with people who are aligned with our values and vision.

We offer both virtual and in-person practicum experiences, depending on location, availability, and client fit. Our home base is in Kleinburg, Ontario, and students who are local are encouraged to join in person for team meetings, ceremonies, and community events when possible.
We’re flexible—but relational. Whether on-screen or in the room, connection is key.
