Do you often find yourself daydreaming except being in the present moment? Oh, what about always being the "helper" but are not willing to accept the help? There comes a time when it will all catch up to you. The sleepless nights, irritation, aggressive outbursts, porous boundaries - I bet these all seem familiar to you. Awareness alone is not enough, It is time to do something about it. Together we will build an authentic and safe relationship that aids in self-growth and discovery.

Whether you are struggling with mental inflexibility, emotional dysregulation, or poor time management, I aim to meet your goals. I primarily work with a trauma-informed lens while also incorporating compassion, acceptance & change. I aim to help you build that self-confidence in yourself when fulfilling your own needs. With a warm, safe and authentic environment, our sessions will encourage collective change and feedback for better and tailored results.

After our sessions, you'll recognize that you don't need "fixing" because you're not broken. Together, we will collaborate and explore the root of your stress. Besides, therapy isn't just venting - it's a continuous process of unlearning, learning & re-learning. When will you be ready to take the first step? Reach out to find out.
