Individual Therapy | Accepting New Clients | Virtual Only

I help people who are struggling with sexuality, intimacy, and self-worth—whether that’s in their relationships or within themselves. You might be carrying guilt, shame, or fear about things you’ve done, experienced, or kept hidden. Maybe you’re trying to understand your sexual behaviour, come to terms with your past, or just feel more like yourself again. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with people who’ve caused harm, people who’ve been harmed, and many who hold both truths in their story. This includes individuals facing charges related to sexual offences—like child pornography, sexual assault, exploitation, incest, or luring—as well as those struggling with compulsive behaviour, secrecy, or the impacts of trauma. I offer a space where you won’t be judged or defined by the worst thing you’ve done or the hardest thing you’ve lived through. There’s room here for all of you.

I believe in accountability without shame, and healing that starts with honesty. We’ll get honest about what’s going on—no sugar-coating, no shame. Just space to own your story, take what’s yours, and figure out what kind of life you actually want to build from here.

I grew up in Ontario and now live in the Cayman Islands, continuing to support clients in both places. My path began with children and families, and later led me to work within the prison system—experiences that showed me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are, with respect and compassion.

I’m a straightforward, open-hearted therapist. I’ll sit with you in the discomfort, celebrate your growth, and hold hope even when things feel messy. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in nature, reflecting on life’s deeper questions, or spending time with the people who matter most. If you’re ready to begin—or even just thinking about it—I’m here.
