Individual Therapy | Accepting New Clients | In Person + Virtual

I’m a therapist passionate about creating a space where people feel safe exploring the parts of themselves that often go unspoken. My work focuses on sex therapy, trauma, and topics that are often seen as taboo. With both personal experience and professional training, I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges like ADHD, sexual health, and the lasting effects of trauma, guiding them toward greater understanding and self-acceptance.

My mission is to help you rediscover your voice and create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are. Whether it’s working through the weight of shame or building a deeper connection with yourself and others, I believe every step forward is a victory worth celebrating.

I am a cisgender, bisexual, European, and neurospicy woman. I am also a survivor of childhood trauma and someone who understands the importance of being seen and heard. My own experiences of feeling dismissed and overlooked inspire my commitment to providing a supportive and validating environment for my clients.

Outside of therapy, I lean into my playful and creative side. I value time spent with loved ones, enjoy a good laugh, and love finding ways to make life more vibrant and meaningful. These personal joys fuel the compassion and energy I bring to my practice, ensuring that every session feels personal, collaborative, and uniquely tailored to you.
