Breanna (Bree) Bonanno

Practice Owner and Lead, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Individual Therapy | Accepting New Clients | In Person + Virtual

I’m an integrative therapist who blends medical understanding with holistic approaches—offering care that is both grounded and expansive. I specialize in sex therapy, trauma, ADHD, and the tender territories that often remain unspoken.

My work invites the messy, the sacred, and the parts of ourselves we were once told to hide.

Whether I’m holding space in a therapy session, guiding a sound bath under the moon, or teaching mindfulness on Insight Timer, my mission remains the same: to help people feel seen, softened, and safe to rediscover who they are beneath shame, survival, or silence.

As a cisgender, bisexual, neurodivergent woman of European descent—and a survivor of childhood trauma—I know the ache of being misunderstood. I also know the power of being witnessed. These lived experiences shape how I hold space: with depth, compassion, and a refusal to pathologize your humanity.

This practice isn’t just a job to me—it’s a place of permission. A place to feel, to unravel, to become. When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me laughing with loved ones, tending to my dogs (Niko and Nala), or making beauty out of the everyday.

If you’re longing to feel more at home in yourself—your body, your sexuality, your story—you’re in the right place.
