Breanna (Bree) Bonanno, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Individual Therapy | Accepting New Clients

Bree is the visionary behind Synergetic Healing Psychotherapy clinic, serving as both its founder and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, Canada. Before her therapy journey, she devoted herself to educating the youth of York Region, reaching over 5,000 secondary school students to promote mental health literacy and awareness. Bree's heartfelt mission revolves around reducing the stigma associated with mental health while enhancing mental health literacy among young people.

Her therapeutic focus encompasses three essential areas: ADHD, Trauma, and Sexuality. Bree's expertise in ADHD extends to subjects such as gender imbalances, addressing the inner critic in her work. The time spent with Bree is not solely about talking—it's about actively shaping a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.

She employs an integrative approach that combines holistic lifestyle changes with conventional methods like stimulants. Through this comprehensive framework, Bree aims to empower her clients to regain control over their lives and flourish.

From emotional dysregulation to mental inflexibility, disorganization to difficulties in interpersonal relationships, and the challenges experienced in work or school, Bree is intimately familiar with the multifaceted nature of ADHD. She understands that these struggles often impact self-esteem and family dynamics, creating a ripple effect that affects various aspects of life.

Beyond her work with ADHD, Bree is passionate about helping individuals facing challenges related to sex and intimacy. Whether it involves sensitive topics like non-monogamy, porn addiction, or issues concerning sexual orientation and gender identity, she offers a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.

Together, Bree and her clients navigate complex issues such as infidelity, trust concerns, sexual trauma, sexual anxiety, performance anxiety, body image concerns, and the lack of sexual education. Her goal is to address these matters with sensitivity, fostering sexual confidence and enhancing self-esteem.

With a deep understanding derived from personal experience and professional expertise, Bree is committed to guiding individuals toward healing and personal growth.

When you are ready, Bree welcomes you to reach out and begin this journey together. She eagerly anticipates connecting with you and looks forward to the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
